Christin Westmoreland brings more than twenty years of experience in high-end 
residential property management, interior design, staging, and project 
management. She is a Bend-based real estate advisor with Cascade Hasson 
Sotheby’s International Realty, Oregon’s #1 brokerage. Known for her keen eye 
for detail and ability to see a home’s full potential, Christin helps clients 
recognize opportunities others may overlook, whether preparing a property for 
market or envisioning what a space can become.

Her background also includes seven years in world-class luxury hospitality on 
Maui, where she developed a people-centered approach grounded in attentive

Christin is a proud mother to her 22-year-old daughter, who is pursuing a

and rescue advocate and volunteers with a local Bend-based animal 
rescue. She serves clients throughout Bend and Central Oregon and is
