The Bend Homes Now Team is led by Mark Garcia, Brooke Garcia, and Kate MacMillan, all licensed brokers with Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty. Since 2013, Mark and Brooke have been actively involved in the Bend real estate market through buying, selling, investing, and property management. Mark's background as the owner of a construction company provides clients with valuable insight into home quality, maintenance, land development, and investment potential. He has helped buyers and sellers navigate transactions involving primary residences, investment properties, and vacant land throughout Central Oregon.

Brooke's experience as a successful property manager adds another layer of expertise for clients seeking guidance on ownership, operations, and long-term real estate goals. After selling her property management company in 2021, she joined the team full-time as the Marketing Director and shortly thereafter became a licensed real estate broker.

A Bend native, Kate MacMillan joined the team in 2021 and now serves buyers and sellers as a licensed real estate broker. Her local knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to client service help ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
