The February Newsletter

We are starting to see a turn in our local Bend market. I anticipate seeing a downward trend in inflation and mortgage rates. By all indications, buyers are starting to adjust to a higher interest rate environment. Over the past several weeks we’ve seen our market transition into a good buyer demand stage due to the recent decline in mortgage rates (currently averaging 6.09%).
