Our Team

We get a lot of questions about our team so we thought it would be a good time to reintroduce ourselves. Bend Homes Now is owned by Mark & Brooke Garcia and is made up of the 3 of us. It is our own little company within Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s which is our brokerage. Now the three of us are licensed brokers under Mark Garcia and the Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s brand. Mark and Brooke have been married for 23 years and working together in business since 2017. Kate MacMillan & Brooke met while working at Bank of the Cascades in 2006 and have been friends ever since. Kate joined the Garcia’s to help with Brooke’s Property Management business and Mark’s real estate in 2021. Kate has the same approach to customer service and professionalism which made her the perfect fit for our team. When Brooke sold Bend Group Property Management Kate shifted to helping Mark with real estate and became a licensed broker herself. At that time, Brooke helped with marketing and business operations for Bend Homes Now until she herself became licensed in August of 2023. The 3 of us are excited to help you with your real estate needs while remaining knowledgeable about long-term, residential property management.
