March Update

It is March and Spring is rapidly approaching! Brooke is excited for warmer dog walks and gardening and Mark is excited about the upcoming golf season. It is typically our busiest time of year for real estate too! Will that be the case this year? The market is thawing out because we can predict what is going to happen for the next 3-6 months. The Feds are saying they aren’t ready to lower rates but do plan to keep them steady. When we don’t know what’s going to happen with rates, inflation, etc. it creates a frozen market to operate in. This is one of the reasons why 2023 was one of the slowest real estate years since the 90’s. Now we are seeing a bounce back because we have reason to believe that rates will drop this year and even more in 2025. As always, I’m here to talk about real estate and answer any questions you have about the market.
