I hope your summer is progressing nicely. An exciting event for me was when Bend Golf Club won the 2023 Deschutes Cup. The Deschutes Cup is a competition between several of our local golf clubs. This marks my 3rd victory in a row as team captain and 9 overall titles in the event’s history. Congrats to the team!

Senate Bill 611 was signed into law on July 06, 2023. This bill will cap rent increases at 10% or 7% plus CPI (which ever is lower) – The exemption for new construction remains at 15 years. My Current Listings
This picture was taken June 17th, our last day staying at My Place which is an extended stay hotel near the Old Mill. We lived there for 3 weeks with the kids and the dog, got to see some concerts, went to Ben & Jerry’s for ice cream several times all while working with clients, remodeling our home, and running kids to soccer or volleyball practices, camps, and tournaments.
