Mark Garcia is a licensed broker at Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty and owner of Bend Homes Now in Bend, OR. Mark has been selling, investing in, and managing real estate in Bend since 2013. Mark has assisted clients with purchasing primary homes, investment properties, and vacant land. In 2021 he was in the top 7% for total sales volume for all Central Oregon brokers.
Prior to pursuing a full-time career in real estate Mark owned and operated a construction business that specialized in maintaining foreclosed homes in Oregon and Washington. Knowledge, experience and a complete understanding of all aspects of real estate and construction are what sets Mark apart from your average broker.
Mark is a proud alum of The Ohio State University where he studied Education and played football for the Buckeyes. He credits his experience on the field for the ability to navigate even the toughest situations and for his patient and calm demeanor under pressure.
Mark and his wife, Brooke, have lived in Bend since 2006 and truly feel it is the best place to call home. They now have two daughters and are grateful to raise them in Central Oregon. The Garcia Family enjoys golfing, camping, skiing, and all the outdoor activities that Bend has to offer.
